These terms govern your use of Avowen. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

What Avowen provides

Avowen offers private prompts and shared reveal experiences intended to help people reflect and communicate. Avowen is not therapy, medical care, crisis support, or professional relationship advice, and it does not evaluate the quality of a relationship.

Your account and shared space

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for protecting access to your device and account. Only invite people you trust. Do not access another person’s account, submit content on their behalf, or attempt to reveal an answer before the service permits it.

Your content

You keep ownership of the words you submit. You give Avowen the limited permission needed to store, process, and display that content to the eligible members of your shared space according to the product’s reveal rules. You are responsible for the content you contribute.

Acceptable use

Do not use Avowen to threaten, harass, exploit, impersonate, or unlawfully monitor another person; interfere with the service; probe private data; or violate applicable law. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect people or the service.

Our Plan

Paid subscriptions are offered through the App Store or Google Play. The price, billing period, renewal terms, trial terms when applicable, and cancellation controls are shown by the store before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through your store account. Store refund rules apply.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Avowen dependable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. We may improve, change, or discontinue features while taking reasonable care with private content and paid access.

Disclaimer and liability

Avowen is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. You remain responsible for your conversations, choices, and safety. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
